Christina N. Goodrich
Christina Goodrich is an Intellectual Property Litigation partner in the firm's Los Angeles office and the office’s managing partner. Christina litigates on behalf of clients in a variety of industries in trial and appellate courts across the country, as well as the International Trade Commission. She focuses her practice on litigation and counseling relating to trade secrets, patents, trademarks, copyrights, writs and appeals, and commercial disputes. Christina’s has represented clients in the entertainment, financial services, biotechnology, social media, e-commerce, sports products and apparel, movie and production, diagnostic testing, beverage, manufacturing, oil and gas, real estate, electronics, designer clothing, staffing, and hospitality. Christina has successfully led a team as a first-chair in a lengthy arbitration and has trial experience in the International Trade Commission.
Christina has extensive experience in federal district court cases and appeals. Christina has worked on high stakes cases involving theft of confidential, proprietary, and trade secret information, disputes over the right to publicity, trademark, trade dress, patent, and copyright rights, Anti-SLAPP motions, consumer and employment class actions, government contracting, insurance bad faith, violations of the First, Fourth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments, internet fraud, prisoner civil rights, shareholder derivative actions, securities fraud, and admiralty.
After law school, Christina was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable R. Gary Klausner in the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Honorable Otis D. Wright II in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. After her district court clerkships, Christina served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Arthur L. Alarcón in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In addition to appeals in the Ninth Circuit, she also worked on appeals in the Sixth and Eleventh Circuits.
After law school, Christina clerked for two federal district court judges in the Central District of California. Christina also clerked for an appellate court judge in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
