Mr. Brannon is an associate in our Pittsburgh office, and focuses his practice on energy and environmental matters, with an emphasis on oil and gas litigation. Mr. Brannon represents energy production and associated companies throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia in multiple areas, including contract disputes, oil and gas leasing, royalty disputes, real property advising, and environmental contamination. Also, Mr. Brannon has experience counseling energy clients on legislative and regulatory developments.

Professional Background

Mr. Brannon was a summer associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office in 2012.

During law school, he served as a Research Assistant at the WVU College of Law - Center for Energy and Sustainable Development performing energy and environmental public policy work. Mr. Brannon also previously interned with the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration and former U.S. Senator from Virginia, Jim Webb.

Travis is an active participant in the South Hills Legal Clinic providing legal advice to low-income individuals on a variety of legal issues, such as estate management, landlord tenant issues, real property disputes, and general litigation advice.
