Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dobrowolski was a partner in the Warsaw office of a London-based firm and subsequently Washington D.C. based firm. Before entering private practice, he worked for a number of Polish trading houses as in-house legal counsel, including as counsel for a major trading house in Poland where his last position was head of the Legal Department. During that period, Mr. Dobrowolski was involved in a number of projects and litigations (both in court and in arbitration), in Poland and in various countries, including setting up subsidiaries and businesses in various countries such as the United States, the UK, India, Ireland, and Germany, and negotiating commercial contracts i.a. for the construction of power plants (i.a. in India, Turkey, Malta, Cyprus). Upon graduation from law school, he worked at the Polish Institute for International Affairs.
