Tom Wallace is a partner in the corporate and transactional practice group.

Mr. Wallace advises on a broad range of transactions, including public and private fundraisings, private and public acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity and venture capital investments.

Mr. Wallace has experience in a range of sectors, including, in particular, financial services and technology software, services and manufacturing.

Mr. Wallace is recognized by Chambers UK 2017 in the area of Corporate/M&A: Mid-Market where he has been noted for his corporate finance, acquisitions and cross-border mergers advice and described by clients as being “very pragmatic and practical in helping find workable solutions”.

Mr. Wallace has advised on over 35 completed and disclosed public and private corporate acquisitions with an aggregate consideration of approximately $3 billion.

Mr. Wallace has advised on over 45 completed transactions on the equity capital markets. Mr. Wallace advises issuers, underwriters, nominated advisers and brokers on Main Market and AIM IPOs, associated and secondary fundraisings, corporate transactions and continuing obligations.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wallace worked in the legal department of Ashanti Goldfields Corporation in Accra, Ghana.

Mr. Wallace qualified as a lawyer in 2006.

  • Advising CLX Communications AB, a cloud communication technology company, on its $41.4 million acquisition of Dialogue Group Limited in 2017.
