Stuart Borrie is a partner in the London office. He works with some leading institutions and investment managers on property based transactions, including joint ventures and funds. He works on structures acquiring London offices, development properties, shopping centres, hotels and other UK real estate. Stuart advises on the structuring and financing of development projects, investment properties, joint ventures, partnerships and unit trusts. His practice includes international transactions, and liaison with lawyers, in many of the world’s major jurisdictions. Stuart worked as a lawyer in Hong Kong from 1999 - 2000 and he has been involved in major transactions in Europe, the Middle East, North America and South Africa.

Stuart qualified as a lawyer in 1995 and joined the firm in 2002. He became a partner in 2003.
