Prior to joining K&L Gates, Ms. McCleery was corporate counsel for T-Mobile USA. Previously, Ms. McCleery was a litigation associate in Davis Polk’s Menlo Park, California office.

  • Represented an international pharmaceutical company in defense of a consumer class actions related to alleged off-label marketing. Secured decertification of class.
  • Represented a global manufacturer in a California consumer protection class action in which plaintiff voluntarily dismissed suit after motion to dismiss.

Antitrust

  • Represented Comcast in the regulatory review by DOJ and FCC of its acquisition of NBC Universal.
  • Represented T-Mobile USA, Inc. in a consolidated multi-district antitrust litigation involving 38 complaints filed in 21 states.
  • Represented global IBX provider Equinix, Inc. in regulatory review of its acquisition of Switch & Data.

Professional Liability

  • Represented international law firm in professional liability suit as a result of a public utility bankruptcy. Secured favorable settlement during mediation.
