Ms. Lacy’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and government enforcement actions (defense, investigations, and compliance). She assists clients in litigating contract and business tort disputes, cases involving trademark or copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, and cases involving a government party. She also is part of the team defending World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. in putative class actions brought by former wrestlers alleging causes of action relating to concussions and long-term neurodegenerative diseases, including Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (“CTE”).

Ms. Lacy has been involved in various aspects of litigation, including initial client consultation, discovery, preparation for and attendance at hearings, and trial.

Professional Background

Ms. Lacy was a summer associate at K&L Gates Pittsburgh office in 2012. During law school, she served as a teaching assistant for mergers and acquisitions and was an Articles Editor for Michigan State International Law Review. She worked at the Great Lakes First Amendment Legal Clinic during her second year of law school and was a member of her law school’s mediation competition team.
