Skyler Howton is an associate in the firm’s Dallas office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Ms. Howton has litigated numerous tort, commercial, insurance, real estate, and probate actions in all phases of litigation in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts. Ms. Howton has represented individuals, corporate policyholders, commercial landlords and tenants, and international business organizations. She has handled all aspects of litigation from pre-trial matters to settlement negotiations, including trials and appeals, attacked default judgments, defended against collection efforts on judgments, and instituted collections. Ms. Howton has served as local counsel and works across K&L Gates’ international platform striving to ensure that a unified message is presented and that swift, cost-effective resolution of claims is met.
