Sheri Chromow is a partner in firm’s New York office, where she is a member of the Real Estate Investment, Development, and Finance practice group. Ms. Chromow has extensive experience in a wide range of real estate transactions, both in the United States and overseas. Her practice, which is international in scope, includes financings of all varieties, including structured, syndicated, securitized and construction; senior/mezz intercreditor issues; joint ventures and partnerships, including the establishment of public and private REITs and funds; and acquisitions and dispositions of assets and portfolios. She has worked extensively on hotel development, management and financing projects. Ms. Chromow also has significant experience in workouts, enforcements and restructurings.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chromow was a partner at a national law firm’s New York office.
