Sean Selin is an e-DAT lawyer in the Internet Safety practice whose primary focus is cyber and technology law and intellectual property litigation. He consults on Internet safety matters including domain cybersquatting, spam, hacking, and spyware as well as technology issues such as computer forensics and e-discovery. Sean has worked with major ISPs, industry participants, and government agencies on the battle against Internet misconduct. While at K&L Gates, Sean has also worked on discovery issues for matters including complex antitrust class actions, corporate acquisitions, and intellectual property disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Sean worked in the area of criminal prosecution as well as in the IT industry.
