Mr. Wolin practices in the area of complex commercial and securities litigation. He has been counsel to companies both public and private, as well as individuals and families in industries ranging from finance, commodities and metals, toxic tort, to insurance and sports marketing. Mr. Wolin has been special counsel to the board of directors of public companies on a variety of securities and internal investigatory matters. He has significant experience as counsel to banks and insurance companies on regulatory matters.
Mr. Wolin was a recipient of the Columbia University Teachers College Award for excellence in writing on educational issues. He served as Law Clerk to Honorable James A. Coolahan, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, 1973-1975. Mr. Wolin is a member of the board of directors of a number of companies in the aviation and finance fields.
