Mr. Joshi is a partner in the London office of the Real Estate practice group. He has extensive experience of real estate investment, development and finance work for institutional investors, foreign investors and financial institutions.

Mr. Joshi acts regularly for lenders and borrowers on real estate secured lending transactions as well as acquiring and disposing of high value portfolios of investment properties.

Mr. Joshi also has particular experience in the hotel sector where he acts on the acquisition of hotel premises as well as financing hotels both for lenders and borrowers.
