Sean Brennan is an associate in the firm’s Houston office. He represents clients in energy, construction, environmental, commercial, products liability, and toxic tort litigation in both state and federal courts. He has experience conducting internal investigations and counseling financial services clients regarding statutory and regulatory compliance matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brennan was an associate for over five years at a global law firm based in their Houston office where he worked on a wide range of litigation subject matters. In addition, Mr. Brennan was an associate at a Houston litigation boutique in 2010. Mr. Brennan was a senior law clerk for the Honorable Joseph “Tad” Halbach of the 333rd District Court of Harris County.

  • Secured largest judgment for any Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program client in a pro bono divorce trial in Harris County District Court.
  • Secured a complete defense verdict of no-liability in a pro bono breach of contract bench trial in Harris County District Court.
  • Secured a declaratory judgment for a detained minor seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status in Cameron County.
  • Successfully tried numerous bench and jury trials to verdict as a volunteer prosecutor for municipal violations in Missouri City, Texas.
