Mr. Agnoli is the Chief Information Officer at K&L Gates. He is responsible for ensuring that information technology is effectively and efficiently employed to support the firm’s business plans and enhance client service capabilities. His responsibilities include strategic IT planning, standards development and implementation, attorney and technical staff liaison, IT organizational development, and interfacing with clients on K&L Gates’ technological capabilities.
During Mr. Agnoli’s tenure, K&L Gates has been recognized as a leader in the use of technology to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace for legal services and to support the practice and business of law. K&L Gates has four times been selected to receive the prestigious CIO 100 Award from CIO Magazine in recognition of the firm’s successful technology and business process integration initiatives. Additionally K&L Gates’ has won the Most Innovative Use of Technology by a Law Firm Award from Law Technology News magazine, its technology capability has been ranked in the top 25% of large U.S. law firms according to the annual American Lawyer Tech / Law.com Technology Scorecard, and K&L Gates has been voted Techno-Firm of the Year by TechnoLawyer , an on-line community of legal technologists.
Before joining K&L Gates, Mr. Agnoli was Vice President, Development Services at Innovative Systems, Incorporated, where he was responsible for leading the professional services consulting, customer / technical support, customer retention, and service bureau businesses. Prior to that, he was the Century Date Change Division Manager for Mastech Corporation and held various management and technical posts at a large public utility and a manufacturing software company.
