Phil Griffin is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the government enforcement practice group.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Griffin worked as a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Justice and for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. He also served as a first-year legal writing instructor, an appellate advocacy teaching assistant, and a member of the University of Pennsylvania Criminal Law Research Group’s Delaware Criminal Law Recodification Project, in which he drafted major portions of a proposed recodified criminal code for the State of Delaware. Prior to law school, he worked as a compliance analyst for a global investment bank.
Mr. Griffin was a K&L Gates summer associate in 2015.
