Peter Reinsel is an associate in the Charlotte office.

He has experience providing counsel on structuring and negotiation of commercial and financial contracts for complex real estate transactions, including Public-Private Agreements, Design-Build Contracts, Loan Agreements, Bond Purchase Agreements, and Collateral Agency Agreements; has performed complex real estate financial and legal analysis and advised on deal-structuring approaches to provide creative strategies that maximize bid and project value; and coordinated with multiple team member organizations for the submittal of technical and financial proposals on public-private partnership (P3) and design-build-finance (DBF) infrastructure projects.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reinsel was a development manager at a construction firm in Chicago, where he was a key member of an investment infrastructure development team pursuing long-term equity investments in large-scale P3 and DBF infrastructure and real estate projects across North America.
