Pawel Chudzicki focuses his practice on counseling clients in connection with their cross-border business activities. He serves U.S. and foreign clients in a broad range of industries including aerospace, banking, biotechnology, cybersecurity, chemicals, defense, manufacturing, media and telecommunications. He has worked extensively in assisting foreign companies in establishing operations in the United States and in negotiating their commercial arrangements with U.S. partners. He has assisted U.S. clients in connection with their activities in Central Europe and Middle East with particular focus on Poland and Qatar.

Professional Background

Pawel Chudzicki is based in the Washington DC office and shares his time with the Doha and Warsaw offices. Mr. Chudzicki assisted the Firm in the launch of our Warsaw office and has spent the past five years in Qatar expanding the Firm’s operations in the Middle East.

Professional/Civic Activities

Mr. Chudzicki served on the board of directors of the Chicago Sister Cities International Program and has been active in several professional and civic organizations, including Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC Doha Council) and is a member of AFIO. He has been engaged in numerous U.S. – Poland business, educational and cultural initiatives. President Lech Kaczynski awarded Mr. Chudzicki a Silver Cross of Merit of the Republic of Poland.
