Pawel Chudzicki’s practice focuses on counseling companies in connection with their global business activities. He serves clients in a broad range of industries including aerospace, banking, biotechnology, chemicals, defense, manufacturing, media and telecommunications. He has worked extensively in assisting foreign companies in establishing operations in the United States and in negotiating their commercial arrangements with U.S. partners. In Doha he counsels U.S. and Qatari clients in connection with a variety of their business activities in the State of Qatar with a particular focus on aviation, defense, telecommunication and security matters.

Professional Background

Pawel Chudzicki shares his time between the Doha and Washington DC offices. Mr. Chudzicki assisted the Firm in the launch of our Warsaw office.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Chudzicki practiced at a Chicago-based international law firm, where he advised clients on various aspects of their cross-border corporate and finance activities.

Mr. Chudzicki served on the board of directors of the Chicago Sister Cities International Program. He has been engaged in numerous U.S. – Poland business, educational and cultural initiatives. President Lech Kaczynski awarded Mr. Chudzicki a Silver Cross of Merit of the Republic of Poland.
