Dr. Levin is a patent agent at the firm’s Pittsburgh office, where he is a member of the firm’s Patent, Trademarks, Copyrights & Related Transactions group. He concentrates his practice in biochemistry, cell physiology, electrical engineering, and digital signal processing. He also has experience in drafting US and PCT patent applications, analyzing ISR/WO reports from international authorities, prosecuting standard USPTO office actions, and interfacing with foreign associates, Asian patent associates.

Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Levin was a US patent agent for a national law firm in Pittsburgh. In addition, he was a US patent agent, principal biomedical scientist, and staff research engineer for a local Pittsburgh company. He also worked as a programmer/analyst for the University of Pittsburgh’s MR Research Center, and as a research programmer for Carnegie Mellon University’s Robotics Institute.
