She regularly advises her clients in contentious proceedings before judicial and administrative courts at both French and European levels.

Olivia Roche has particular experience in the luxury, art market, audiovisual, music and media industries. She also advises a large range of clients in the transport, sport, IT and innovation sectors.

Professional Background

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Olivia Roche worked in the IP/IT/privacy teams of several French and international law firms renowned in these fields. She also worked in the international legal and business affairs department of a leading movie production company. She previously acquired experience in a Parisian law firm specialized in audiovisual and music laws.
