Ms. Wilson is a commercial litigator. Her particular focus is on large scale litigation and dispute resolution including complex contractual and tortious disputes, major class actions, joint venture and royalty disputes, and arbitrations.

Ms. Wilson has considerable experience working with electronic litigation support systems.

Her clients include some of Australia's largest companies across various sectors including energy and resources, and in particular, the oil and gas industry.
  • Advising Esso on an explosion and fire at the Longford oil and gas processing facilities in September 1998. This includes advising on all litigation arising from the fire and explosion, including: 
    • class actions in the Australian Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Victoria by all gas users in the State of Victoria for losses allegedly sustained as a consequence of the interruption of oil and gas supplies 
    • an occupational heath and safety prosecution in the Supreme Court of Victoria 
    • administrative proceedings before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal 
    • advising on Freedom of Information applications. 
  • Advising Esso in respect of a joint venture dispute in the Supreme Court of Victoria. 
  • Advising Esso and BHP Billiton in an arbitration relating to disputes with royalty owners over royalty entitlements and the calculation of royalty. 
  • Advising Centro Retail Trust in an Australian Federal Court class action by unit holders. 
  • Advising a large Australian company in an ongoing arbitration relating to contractual guarantees.
