Mohammed Tartir is an associate in the firm’s Doha office. He focuses his practice on corporate, commercial matters including M&A, Joint Ventures and Restructurings. Mohammed also regularly advises clients on general issues relating to doing business in Qatar and the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) and also advises clients on local law issues including, employment, real estate, agency and compliance.

Mohammed frequently acts for clients in numerous sectors including Oil and Gas, Education, F&B and Retail and also represented a number of State and Quasi-State owned entities as well as family offices in Qatar.

Mohammed has been practising in Qatar for the past 5 years and has lived in Qatar for 18 years. Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mohammed worked as a legal consultant at another international law firm in Doha.
