  • Advising a large oil and gas company based in West Australia on confidentiality issues arising out of litigation involving a former parent company and related corporate entities. 
  • Representing former Olympic gold medalist Kylie Palmer in anti-doping proceedings brought against her by FINA (the global governing body for swimming). 
  • Advising the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority in relation to discovery obligations in proceedings relating to a re-insurance dispute. 
  • Acting for the Legal Practitioner's Liability Committee, the compulsory indemnity insurer for lawyers in Victoria, defending Victorian lawyers in professional negligence matters in all Victorian jurisdictions. 
  • Acting for Crown Melbourne Limited (Crown Casino) defending public liability claims. 
  • Providing pro-bono services to clients of the Consumer Action Law Centre in debt recovery matters.
