Michael R. Stanley is an associate in the firm’s Boston office. Mr. Stanley represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States and focuses on complex civil litigation in the areas of financial services and commercial disputes.

Mr. Stanley has litigated cases involving various of commercial and financial services related issues, including claims of fraud, violation of unfair competition laws, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and unfair business practices. He has defended banking and mortgage-lending institutions from common law claims and claims brought pursuant to state and federal statutes and regulations.

Mr. Stanley has also assisted in the prosecution of federal antitrust claims brought under the Sherman and Clayton Acts.
