Ms. Long is a commercial litigation lawyer with a focus on banking and finance litigation, loan recovery and security enforcement as well as personal and corporate insolvency matters. She assists in providing advice to a number of major Australian banks, listed and unlisted companies, financiers and insolvency accounting firms.

Ms. Long also has experience as a corporate and transactional lawyer including drafting supply, distribution and licensing agreements, asset and share acquisitions and disposals, due diligence reviews, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and general commercial work.

Professional Background

Ms. Long joined K&L Gates as a graduate in 2015 and has completed rotations in the Commercial Disputes, Technology and Outsourcing and Intellectual Property teams.
