Matthew Duncan is a litigation associate, focusing his practice on labor, employment and workplace safety.

Professional Background

Mr. Duncan has experience in workplace law as well as business and commercial litigation. He has experience providing global, regional, and local businesses with strategic advice in regards to state and federal employment laws, breach of contract matters, and various torts pertaining to the employment relationship. He is proficient in all facets of case proceedings, including drafting persuasive legal memoranda, arguing motions, and leading discovery though a lawsuit’s final disposition. Mr. Duncan also helps management understand legal risks and trains on preventative strategies to prevent disputes from ever arising.
