Mark Hammes is a corporate associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on general corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, corporate governance, equity and debt financing, project finance, real estate, and other regulatory compliance matters. Mr. Hammes also advises cleantech and renewable energy companies in corporate, project development, and financing matters.
Mr. Hammes was a summer associate for K&L Gates in 2012. During law school, he served as a research assistant for professor Noah Zatz. Mr. Hammes also has prior experience as a compliance analyst at an investment management firm.
