K&L Gates Boosts Banking and Asset Finance Practice with Charlotte Partner Addition
Charlotte - The Charlotte office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Michael T. Cecka as a partner in its banking and asset finance practice. He joins the firm from Alston & Bird LLP.
With more than 20 years of financial industry experience, Cecka represents lenders, financial institutions, loan servicers, and property owners in capital markets, finance, and other real-property transactions, such as structured financing, securities-based loans and mortgages, commercial leasing, land acquisition and development, construction lending, and loan origination program development. He also has experience in general corporate, litigation, and real estate matters.

Cecka’s addition to the practice follows the earlier arrivals of Warsaw partner Adam Stopyra and Singapore counsel Kamil Gerard Ahmed.
