K&L Gates Advises T-Mobile in $26.5 Billion Merger with Sprint Corp.

K&L Gates advised telecommunications company T-Mobile in the recently announced merger between T-Mobile US Inc. and Sprint Corp., valued at approximately $26.5 billion.
 
The cross-office, cross-practice team that advised T-Mobile was led by Seattle corporate and M&A partner Margaret Inouye, assisted by Seattle antitrust and litigation partner Chris Wyant, Seattle technology transactions partner Mark Wittow, and Seattle associates Eric Jay (corporate), Aaron Milstein (litigation), and Katie Staba (technology transactions), as well as partners, associates, and other lawyers from K&L Gates’ corporate, antitrust, intellectual property, policy and regulatory, litigation, e-Discovery analysis and technology, technology transactions, and labor and employment practices from across the United States. This included lawyers from the firm’s offices in Seattle; Charlotte; Miami, Chicago; Los Angeles; Raleigh; Washington, D.C.; Pittsburgh; San Francisco; and Boston.
