Kendra H. Nickel-Nguy

Kendra Nickel-Nguy is an associate in the Seattle office where she is engaged in litigating cases and advising clients on matters involving intellectual property law, data privacy and security, social media, mobile privacy, contracts, energy law, environmental law, land use, municipal law, and torts, among other areas. Kendra maintains an active pro bono practice, and has represented clients in cases before the Ninth Circuit and in Washington courts.

Professional Background

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Ms. Nickel-Nguy was a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Marsha J. Pechman of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. In this role she researched and wrote for a wide variety of cases, ranging from maritime claims to business contract disputes, and assisted with preparation for jury trials and bench trials. During law school, Ms. Nickel-Nguy served as an extern at Community Legal Services of Philadelphia.
