Keith Snedden

Keith Snedden is a partner in the firm's London office.  He has a broad corporate practice, acting for public and private companies, as well as corporate finance advisory clients.  His principal area of work is corporate finance, including mergers, acquisitions and disposals (both domestic and cross-border), flotations and joint ventures.  Keith also has considerable experience of private equity transactions, particularly acting for management.

Professional Background

Keith qualified as a solicitor in Scotland and re-qualified in England in 1992.

Prior to joining K&L Gates in February 2010, Keith was a partner and head of corporate at a leading international law firm.
