Karolina Bąk is an associate in the firm's Warsaw office. She focuses her practice on civil law, especially on real estate issues, and commercial law. She advises Polish and international property sector clients with respect to examining the legal status of properties - including all types of properties such as warehouses, offices and shopping centers, preparing lease contracts, as well as construction and investment process contracts, drafting legal opinions, preparing letters for court and administrative bodies. Karolina also has extensive experience of handling various civil disputes. Her experience also includes representing clients in commercial arbitration cases. Moreover, she participated in internal investigations and audits conducted for the purpose of identifying potential misconduct, including matters involving economic sanctions.
