  • Obtained jury verdict in favor of marketing company in case involving breach of non-solicitation agreement and trade secret misappropriation.

  • Represented multiple clients in TRO/preliminary injunction proceedings involving non-competition agreements and trade secret claims.
  • Obtained summary judgment dismissing discrimination claims filed against employer.
  • Obtained early dismissal of former employee’s claim of constructive discharge.

  • Defended musician in trial of breach of contract and publishing claims (settled during trial).
  • Defended client against multi-million dollar fraudulent transfer claim involving defenses under Section 548 of the Bankruptcy Code and Section 29(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
  • Obtained summary judgment dismissing product liability and tort claims filed against manufacturer.
  • Successfully defended real estate developer in trial of breach of contract claims.
  • Arbitrated multiple breach of contract actions involving vendor disputes.
  • Developed subpoena response program for telecommunications company.

Professional Background

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Hepburn worked as a DJ at several radio stations in the Midwest. She was also a DJ on KEXP, 90.3FM, in Seattle. She was a summer associate at Preston Gates & Ellis LLP in 2001.
