Joanna Klat is a counsel in the firm's Dubai and Paris offices, where she focuses her practice on real estate matters, including finance, investment, construction, insurance, town planning, real estate development and commercial leases. Joanna has over fourteen years experience advising clients on real estate matters in France and in the Gulf Region. Leading directory Legal 500 has recently recognized Joanna as a “very good professional who never lets her clients down”.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Joanna worked as an in-house lawyer at an international bank. She also has experience as an associate in the Real Estate departments of two U.K. law firms in Paris.
