Mr. Randall has experience advising listed corporate and private clients in relation to the acquisition and disposal of their freehold and leasehold land interests and related due diligence, registration, PPSA and contractual issues.

Mr. Randall's experience includes advising on a range of commercial, retail, corporate, agricultural and resources matters and projects.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm in early 2015, Mr. Randall was a lawyer in a Perth-based corporate and commercial law firm. He also has experience of working in the insurance industry.
