Jason C. Dreibelbis

Jason Dreibelbis is a partner in the firm’s Orange County office, where he is a member of the corporate/M&A practice group. Jason maintains a broad corporate practice and works with clients across various industries on a wide variety of business transactions. He has extensive experience counseling both publicly traded and privately held companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions transactions. He also advises financial sponsors, including private equity firms, independent sponsors, family offices, and high net worth individuals, in connection with acquisitions of and equity investments in their portfolio companies.

Jason also has an active capital markets practice, having advised publicly traded companies and investment banks on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings of equity and debt securities, and private placement transactions, including Rule 144A transactions and PIPEs.

Jason enjoys helping early-stage companies start their businesses and raise capital, and often continues to work with these clients as they grow and progress through all stages of the corporate life cycle.

Jason routinely serves as outside general counsel to several companies, and focuses on providing practical advice to management and other key stakeholders regarding corporate governance, securities law compliance and disclosure issues, commercial arrangements, joint ventures, and other legal matters. He has significant experience working with clients in the health care, life sciences, technology, manufacturing, homebuilding, aerospace, financial services, and consumer products industries to address the day-to-day legal issues that arise in the course of their businesses.

From 2010 to 2017, Jason was an associate in the Orange County office of a global law firm.
