Ms. Harte-Lovelace is a partner in the complex commercial dispute resolution department advising companies, board members and high net worth individuals on risk and the avoidance and resolution of international and domestic disputes with a particular emphasis disputes involving property and trusts and in maximising insurance recoveries.

Ms Harte-Lovelace has a particular interest in resolving disputes involving fine art and cultural property.

She also advises companies following serious and fatal accidents in the workplace.

Ms. Harte-Lovelace is recommended in Legal 500 for her ‘exemplary’ negotiation skills and is listed as a “leading individual”. She is also recommended in Chambers with clients reporting her to be “unfailingly professional” and “exceptionally quick and thorough” and for being “very thorough, approachable and helpful.”

Jane qualified as a lawyer in 1983. She joined the firm in 1993 having previously trained and been a partner at another City law firm.
