Mr. Kleiman is a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice group. His major areas of experience cover mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, private equity transactions, fund raisings, group reorganisations and joint ventures. Mr. Kleiman has also focused on multi-faceted commercial outsourcing arrangements. He has considerable experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving both North American clients investing into Europe and acting for multi-nationals expanding their businesses across Europe. Mr. Kleiman also has particular experience in the automotive industry and has worked on a broad range of transactions including in bound investments, group restructurings and supply agreements.

Professional Background

Howard qualified as a lawyer in 1985 and joined the firm in 1995. He sat on the firm's Partnership Board and is a member of its Advisory Committee.
