Freddi Mack focuses her litigation practice on creditors’ rights and bankruptcy related matters, products liability disputes, and various tort and contract actions. Ms. Mack's experience includes complex commercial litigation on behalf of mortgage loan servicers at the Florida trial court, District Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court levels.
Additionally, Ms. Mack has represented clients in the restaurant and lodging industries with labor, employment, and general litigation matters. She also provides pro bono assistance to clients through the Cyber Civil Rights Legal Project.
Prior to joining K&L Gates, Ms. Mack served as a legal intern at the United States Attorney’s Office, Civil Division, in Miami, and as a judicial intern for the Honorable United States District Judge Alan S. Gold in the Southern District of Florida. She was a summer associate in the Miami office of K&L Gates in 2013.
