Fatiha El-Boubsi is a Corporate/M&A partner in the Brussels office. She advices national and international companies in corporate law, advising and representing clients in all matters related to the corporate practice such as mergers, domestic and cross-border, capital increases/decreases, share deals, asset deals. Fatiha El-Boubsi also focuses her practice on structuring and restructuring large corporate transactions in order to ensure a global compliance and to optimize the corporate structure. She has an extensive experience in international law related to contract matters, dealing with international clients in several sectors such as automotive, life sciences, software, retail and hotels. She also advises and represents these companies in the expansion of their activities through domestic and cross-border acquisitions. She also represents clients in corporate and post M&A litigation.

Fatiha El-Boubsi acquired a large international experience in New-York dealing with US based companies and their multijurisdictional teams in Europe, Asia, Middle East, South America and Australia.

Professional Background

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Ms. El-Boubsi was a director in the corporate law section of another law firm in Brussels. She also represented her prior firm’s Belgian legal desk at an independent law firm in New York.

In 2007, Ms. El-Boubsi worked at a Brazilian law firm assisting local lawyers who focused in national and international arbitration.
