Eric Khodadian is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the construction and infrastructure practice group focusing on litigation, risk management, and transactional services within the construction industry.  He has experience successfully representing owners, contractors, and design professionals in construction litigation, including claims of delay, defect, breach of contract/warranty, negligence, personal injury, wrongful death, and products/strict liability involving both public and private projects.  These projects range from large infrastructure contracts ─ including $100 million plus contracts, construction of water treatment plants, dams, and processing facilities ─ to commercial buildings and small, private residences.

Professional Background

Before entering private practice, Eric served in the Antitrust Section of the California Office of the Attorney General as a University of Southern California grant recipient.
