Suzy Allaire is a partner in the firm's Real Estate practice. She represents land developers and national homebuilders in connection with the development of new communities. Her practice involves all aspects of acquisition and development, including the preparation of restrictive covenants and governing documents for communities, the acquisition of easements, brokerage and general contractor compliance issues and land banking arrangements.
Suzanne represents solar development clients in the acquisition, development and leasing of sites for solar facilities. She also represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and office sites.
