Jacqueline Fu's practice focuses on general corporate and commercial transactions, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital transactions, private equity fund investments, and securities laws.

In connection with her general corporate practice, Jacqueline advises Taiwan public companies and subsidiaries of multinational companies on the legal issues encountered in their day-to-day operations, including incorporation and management of foreign-owned entities in Taiwan, company, labor, consumer protection, privacy, antitrust, and anti-corruption laws, and corporate governance and legal compliance.

In connection with her labor and employment practices, she assisted in clients on preparation of employee hiring documentation, company policies, preparation of employee termination documentation and determination of employment termination strategy, response to labor inspection, trade secret protection, employee investigation, workforce restructuring and employee dispute resolution such as mediation and litigation. She also managed overseas employment litigation for Taiwan based clients.
