Barrett W. Price

Barry Price is a corporate partner in the Charlotte office and his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and leveraged buyouts with respect to regional, national and international corporate transactions. He is often involved in cross-border transactions, involving parties and operations in multiple countries and related international issues. Barry also advises corporate clients regarding general corporate matters, corporate governance and commercial contracts.

Barry has represented numerous types of parties in transactions, including multinational public companies, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, private companies, founders and management teams.

Barry has experience with a wide-range of industries, including logistics, business services, data management, distribution, green energy, financial services, health care, life sciences (including pharmaceuticals), manufacturing, software, technology, telecommunications and industrial services.

Barry served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Johnston, US District Court for the District of Nevada, 2011-2012.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Barry was a corporate attorney in the Charlotte office of another international law firm.
