Ms. Nagle's experience includes providing advice to employers on termination of employment, managing ill and injured employees, managing employee misconduct, disciplinary procedures and restructuring and redundancy.
Ms. Nagle's practice also involves advising employers on occupational health and safety compliance, safety incidents and workplace investigations, union right of entry, construction industry long service leave, road transport laws, compliance and enforcement and privacy and surveillance in the workplace.
Ms. Nagle has assisted private and public sector clients across a variety of industries on a range of employment and industrial issues.
Ms. Nagle has extensive experience in employment based litigation in the Fair Work Commission, including assisting employers with unfair dismissal, general protections and bullying claims. She has also advised and represented clients in litigation in Western Australian and federal courts and tribunals, including safety prosecutions by workplace regulators and union right of entry.
