Ms. Nagle is a labour, employment and safety lawyer. She assists mid to large organisations in relation to their employees and contractors across a variety of industries.

Ms. Nagle experience advising on labour and employment law includes advising on all aspects of the employment relationship, collective bargaining and industrial disputes and assisting with employment based litigation in state and federal courts and tribunals. She also assists clients with workplace safety issues including work health and safety training and compliance, workplace incidents and prosecutions.

Ms. Nagle prepared a presentation on exclusion clauses and contract law reform for a contract law master class hosted by the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association.
  • Assisting with the drafting and negotiation of collective enterprise agreements in the mining, construction and finance industries.
  • Advising on and defending general protections claims in the Federal Circuit Court.
  • Advising on and defending unfair dismissal proceedings at the Fair Work Commission.
  • Advising on and defending denied contractual benefits claims in the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
  • Drafting commercial and other employment related documentation including contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, release agreements, confidentiality and restraint of trade documents.

  • Assisting with workplace investigations relating to discrimination, harassment and bullying allegations.

  • Defending corporations with respect to prosecutions brought by the state safety regulator for breach of work health and safety laws.
