Ms. Ferrier brings a depth and breadth of experience to her role across both private legal practice and in-house in senior human resources, industrial relations and change management roles.
Ms. Ferrier has worked in and for a diverse range of industries, including technology, transport and logistics, pharmaceuticals and financial services. Ms. Ferrier acts and advises in respect of the full range of employment issues including employment contracts and policies, business sales and outsourcing, employee discipline and termination and employment related litigation.
Ms. Ferrier has been involved in several large industrial, employment and discrimination legal claims. She has also been involved in the planning and execution of several large scale workplace change and restructures in heavily industrialised businesses.
Ms. Ferrier's experience across private legal practice and in-house for large corporates, coupled with her recent completion of a Masters of Business Administration means she is uniquely placed to provide pragmatic and deployable advice that both accommodates and facilitates the business' broader strategic objectives. Having been a client for a number of years, she is passionate about partnering with businesses to provide the best possible advice and assistance.
Ms. Ferrier worked with large national and international law firms for a number of years. Subsequent to this, Ms. Ferrier undertook senior legal, industrial relations and human resources roles in leading aviation and transport and logistics/maritime companies.
