Defense of real estate exemption challenges before county property boards and courts, preparation and filing of exemption applications for newly acquired property, defense and compliance with local non-real estate taxing ordinances.
State Administrative Law:
Advice and defense of Certificate of Need challenges, Medicaid reimbursement, professional and provider licensing disputes, Insurance Department certification and licensing.
