Ms. Skapinker is a real estate lawyer with extensive experience in property developments, strata and community titling, acquisitions, disposals and leasing. She regularly advises on the property aspects of telecommunication and infrastructure projects.

Professional Background

As well as practicing full time, Ms. Skapinker was formerly an Associate Professor of Law with the University of Sydney lecturing in Real Property, Conveyancing and Equity.
