David Valenti is an associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office.  He focuses his practice on corporate and transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law and stock exchange compliance matters, commercial contracts, and corporate governance.  He has represented clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, in a wide range of transactions, including mergers, public and private securities offerings, financing, and outsourcing.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Valenti was a was a judicial extern for the Honorable United States Bankruptcy Judge Jeffrey Deller for the Western District of Pennsylvania and Honorable United States District Judge Arthur J. Schwab for the Western District of Pennsylvania.. He was a summer associate for the firm in 2013.

Before his career in law, Mr. Valenti owned and operated a real estate business.
