Ms. Monti is a real estate lawyer with a focus on property acquisitions and sales including distressed asset sales and commercial leasing. She also assists with the property aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence.
Ms. Monti has experience in litigious, corporate transactional and advisory matters.
