Corbin Santo is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, where he is a member of the Public Policy and Law and Health Care practice groups. Mr. Santo counsels a broad range of health care clients, including hospitals and health systems, behavioral health providers, durable medical equipment suppliers, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and large employers on legislative matters before the U.S. Congress and regulatory matters before various federal agencies.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Santo was an associate with a Richmond, Virginia-based health care law firm. He focused his practice on various health care regulatory issues, including Medicare reimbursement and alternative payment models, provider enrollment and certification, fraud and abuse, antitrust, and state licensure and certificate of need. He also counseled clients on various transactions, including physician employment, physician practice acquisitions, joint ventures, and development and operation of accountable care organizations (ACOs) and clinically integrated networks (CINs).
Mr. Santo also has prior experience in strategic health care consulting relating to delivery system reform, alternative payment models, and consumer-oriented health care. Mr. Santo interned with the legal department of a nationally-recognized health system and was a Law-Medicine Scholar while in law school.
